Westwood Garden Club by the Friends of the Westwood Public Library

Westwood Garden Club

The Westwood Library Garden Club had it's inaugural meeting on Monday, April 4 at 7pm in the Library, 2022.  The goal of the Garden Club is to maintain the Library gardens for the enjoyment of the community; to enjoy the company of other gardeners; and to be a resource for information and plants for the community.

The Westwood Library Garden Club lovingly maintains and enhances the grounds of the Westwood Public Library, ensuring that our outdoor spaces are welcoming, vibrant, and reflective of our community’s care.

Club members oversee and care for several special garden areas on the library campus, including:

  • The Betty Bischak Garden

  • The Shy Touba Gardens

  • Seasonal plantings and landscape beds surrounding the library building

Meetings

The Garden Club will meet once a month on the first Tuesdsay at 7pm at the Library to discuss ongoing garden projects and new activities. Check calendar.
