Museum Passes
The Museum Pass Program is made possible by the Friends of the Westwood Library, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the library through fundraising and advocacy. To volunteer or learn more about their initiatives, please visit the Volunteers & Friends page.
The museum passes are available to Westwood Library card holders. Museum passes are first come first served. The can be held for one week with a deposit of $40.00 cash to be returned when museum pass is returned. Cards must be returned inside the Library, not book drop. Late fee of $1.00 per day.
American Museum of Natural History. Up to two tickets per residence are available to Westwood patrons for free access to this outstanding museum!
Aviation Hall of New Jersey. Free General Admission for up to 6 visitors. Additional visitors pay regular admission fees. Library pass is not valid for special events.
Brooklyn Botanical Garden, The botanical garden is in the borough of Brooklyn in New York City. It occupies 52 acres in central Brooklyn. Free Admission for 2 adults and children under 17.
Guggenheim. Admission for 4 adults or students and children under age 12, plus $5 admission for each additional guest for a maximum of 2 additional guests. It also provides a 10% discount at the Guggenheim Store. A household can only check out one membership card.
Intrepid Museum. Dedicated to the exhibition and interpretation of history, science and service as related to its home aboard the aircraft Intrepid, a National Historic Landmark. Free admission for 2 adults and 2 children. Must bring a library card with you!!
Storm King Art Center. Free Admission for two adults and all children under 18 living in the same household. Open May 7 - Dec 14, 2025. Member Hours - 9:30 to 6pm (members can enter 1/2 hr before general public)
Closed Tuesdays. 10% discount at the Museum Store. NO advance reservations required. Storm King is an open-air museum in New Windsor, New York.

Museum Passes—There’s an App for That
For libraries offering museum passes for patrons there are free apps that can make the trip more worthwhile for both planning a trip and for use at the museum.
American Museum of Natural History Explorer App, available for iPhone and Android, includes a Museum map, detailed directions to exhibits and amenities and customized recommendations for what to see. Four tours are built into the app-- the Dino tour, the Earth and Space tour; a Highlights tour and the Night at the Museum tour that shows exhibits featured in the popular film.
